Some endpoints are only available for specific products and plans. Every endpoint page includes an Endpoint access section showing which plans can use it.
Endpoint availability is determined by both your product and your plan.
If your plan is in color grey in the availability section, that endpoint is not included in your access.
These documentation pages include endpoints for both ShipStation API and ShipStation products. Each product has its own plans and endpoint availability.
This is the availability block shown on each endpoint page.
In this example, this endpoint is available for all ShipStation API plans and ShipStation Standard and Premium plans.
Enabled plans. Plans highlighted in green can access the endpoint.
Disabled plans. Plans in gray do not include access to the endpoint.
