# Aramex from ShipStation

Aramex from ShipStation offers domestic services in certain metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.

This guide provides developers with the details needed to build Aramex from ShipStation shipping capabilities into your ShipStation V2 API workflows.

ShipStation V2 API also allows you to connect your own existing Aramex Australia account, and the requirements and service details are different than those for Aramex from ShipStation. ## Requirements

`carrier_code`: `aramex_au_walleted`

* A ShipStation V2 API account based in Australia.
* ShipStation Carriers must be activated for the account and have a positive account balance to create labels. See our [Using ShipStation Carriers page](/using-shipstation-carriers) for details about activating in your account.


## Rates

Aramex from ShipStation supports [rate shopping](/rate-shopping) (ShipEngine guide) with ShipStation V2 API.

## Service Details

Available Aramex from ShipStation services are provided below. Please note that carriers may update their available services at any time. To ensure you are always using valid services, you can use the [list carrier services](/apis/shipengine/docs/reference/list-carrier-services) (ShipEngine guide) endpoint at any time.

> **NOTE:**
The Priority service code still uses the `fastway_au_walleted_*` naming convention from when Aramex Australia was known as Fastway. This is the correct service code and remains unchanged for backward compatibility.


### Return Services

Aramex from ShipStation supports creating return labels for all domestic services.

### Adding Shipment Insurance

Aramex from ShipStation does not support adding carrier insurance to shipments created with ShipStation V2 API.

### Multi-Package Labels

Aramex from ShipStation supports creating [multi-package shipments](/multi-package) (ShipEngine guide) for details about creating multi-package labels.

### Label Branding

Aramex from ShipStation does not support [label branding](/branded-labels) (ShipEngine guide).

### Voiding Labels

Aramex from ShipStation supports [voiding labels](/void-labels) (ShipEngine guide) with ShipStation V2 API.

### Paperless Labels

Aramex from ShipStation does not support [paperless labels](/paperless-labels) (ShipEngine guide).

## Delivery Confirmation

| Confirmation Type | API Code | Description |
|  --- | --- | --- |
| Authority to leave | `none` | No confirmation required for delivery. |
| Standard delivery | `delivery` | Delivery confirmation is requested. |
| Signature delivery | `signature` | Signature is required for the shipment to be delivered. This signature may be a neighbor, building manager, or the recipient can authorize the release of the package (without being present). |

## Advanced Options

Aramex from ShipStation does not currently support any [advanced options](/advanced-options).

## Manifests

Aramex from ShipStation does not require [manifesting](/manifests-scanforms) (ShipEngine guide) your shipments.

## Scheduling Pickups

Aramex from ShipStation supports [scheduling pickups](/schedule-pickups) (ShipEngine guide) for shipments originating in the following cities only:

* Brisbane
* Melbourne
* Sydney
* Canberra
* Adelaide
* Geelong
* Gold Coast
* Sunshine Coast
* Wollongong
* Newcastle


## Service Points (PUDO)

Aramex from ShipStation does not support shipping to [service points](/service-points) (ShipEngine guide).

## Adjustment Disputes

Please dispute any adjustment charges within 15 days of receipt. Beyond this period, carrier acceptance is not guaranteed.

- Adjustment Amount
- Reason for dispute: (Please be as detailed as possible!)
